Service Overview

EPTV offers a comprehensive streaming service featuring over 20,000 HD channels, live TV available 24/7, premium channels, sports packages, and an extensive library of on-demand content.

 

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their accounts. Sharing account credentials, unauthorized commercial use, or attempting to bypass content restrictions or security measures is strictly prohibited.

 

Service Description

EPTV is a reseller of licensed IPTV services, dedicated to providing superior and lawful television experiences. We source content exclusively from authorized vendors who hold the necessary rights and licenses. EPTV does not create, host, store, or distribute any copyrighted content ourselves. Our role is strictly to facilitate lawful access to licensed content.

 

User Responsibilities

Users are fully responsible for the proper use and security of their accounts. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: sharing account credentials, unauthorized commercial exploitation, infringing copyright laws, and any attempts to circumvent content restrictions or digital rights management.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice. Users are expected to respect intellectual property rights and abide by all applicable laws and these Terms.

 

Intellectual Property and DMCA Compliance

EPTV respects the intellectual property rights of content owners and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws internationally. We maintain a registered DMCA agent and have a clear, prompt process for handling copyright infringement claims.

• No Hosting or Storage: We do not host, store, or control any copyrighted content delivered through our service.
• Takedown Policy: We respond expeditiously to valid DMCA takedown notices and will disable access to infringing content as required.
• Counter-Notification: A procedure exists for counter-notifications to restore content if improperly removed.
• Vendor Licensing: We maintain records from our vendors confirming they have proper licensing for all content provided.
• Account Termination for Infringement: Accounts found to engage in copyright infringement will be suspended or terminated.

 

Payment and Subscription

Subscriptions may be paid via credit/debit cards, PayPal, cryptocurrencies, or other available secure payment methods. All billing information is securely processed and stored in compliance with industry standards.

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan, either monthly or annually. Users may select their preferred billing cycle at subscription and can manage billing preferences through their account dashboard.

 

Referral Program

To qualify for referral rewards, subscribers must refer seven new customers who each sign up for at least one month of regular-priced service and enter the subscriber’s referral code at checkout. New subscribers count towards the referral program only after seven days of active paid service at full price.

Referral rewards are granted one time per new customer and are not recurring monthly incentives. Rewards will be issued after all conditions are met, via PayPal or CashApp, as detailed in the referral communication.

 

Limitations of Liability

Users acknowledge that use of EPTV’s services is at their own risk. EPTV and its affiliates provide services “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or complete accuracy of content.

EPTV disclaims liability for damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or device incompatibility.

EPTV’s platform may include links to external websites and resources. These links are provided for user convenience only. EPTV is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Users should review third-party terms and privacy policies independently.

Users are advised to exercise caution when visiting external links and protecting their personal information.

 

Account Termination

EPTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms, failure to pay, copyright infringement, or other misconduct.

 

Changes to Terms

EPTV may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Users will be notified of material changes by email or through platform notices. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
